Master Fiddler Series featured fiddler, Dale Morris, Jr. inducted into Texas Fiddle Hall of Fame

Hello everyone!  I hope this spring is finding everyone well.

This weekend, Dale Morris, Jr. is being inducted into the Texas Fiddle Hall of Fame.  Dale was featured last November in a Master Fiddler Series and some of you got to meet him and hear him play.  Dale plays with country music legends Ray Price and Willie Nelson.  The induction happens this weekend at the Texas State Championship Fiddler's Frolics in Hallettesville, TX.  Those of you who are unable to join us this year can listen to the events on Saturday online.  They will be streaming live thanks to a local radio station in Hallettesville.  If you would like to listen, visit the Fiddler's Frolics website at www.fiddlersfrolics.com and follow the Listen Live link.  It all happens this Saturday.

Thanks to each of you who attended the Master Fiddler Series featuring Junior Marriott April 6 & 7 in Benton.  Thanks, again, to our sponsors including Saline County Arts Project, Saline Jams, Pennwords Writing and Design, "312" Downtown Boutique, Everett Buick GMC, Purdy Good Maintenance, Salem Pharmacy (Benton), First Security Bank (Benton), La Quinta Inn Bryant, and St. Louis Strings.  Fiddle lovers Casey Penn and Sarah Clayton put this opportunity together just for you.  Thank you Casey and Sarah!

Are you interested in sponsoring, hosting or attending a Master Fiddler Series?  Send an email to jonathan@fiddlinarkansas.com and let's make it happen.  Sponsors are currently needed for a June 24 & 26 opportunity featuring Canadian fiddle and step dance icon, April Verch.  Email me for more information.  I can't wait to hear from you!
